CV Writer BD provides 100% online professional CV/resume writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn/Bdjobs profile optimization, and related document drafting. We operate exclusively online and do not have a physical office for client visits. All communications, consultations, and data collection are conducted remotely via WhatsApp, Email, or phone.
3. Order and Payment Process

4. Client Responsibilities

- Clients must respond to draft reviews and revision requests promptly to avoid delays in the final delivery timeline.
5. Delivery and Revision Policy
- Turnaround Time: Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. Urgent services may be available for an additional charge.
- Revisions: We provide a draft for your review. You are entitled to reasonable revisions to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. However, major structural changes or entirely new information added after the initial draft approval may incur additional fees.
- Final Delivery: Upon final approval, we will deliver the completed documents via Email or WhatsApp in both editable Microsoft Word (.docx) and print-ready PDF formats.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment and final delivery, the client owns the rights to the customized content of their specific CV/Resume.
- However, the underlying design templates, formatting structures, and proprietary writing frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of CV Writer BD. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates for commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
- CV Writer BD is a professional document writing and optimization service. We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or university admissions.
- Our responsibility is strictly limited to delivering a professionally crafted, ATS-friendly, and well-formatted document based on the information provided by the client.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the highly customized, digital, and time-intensive nature of our services, once the writing process has begun, payments are non-refundable. In the rare event that we fail to deliver the service as promised, a case-by-case resolution will be provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
